People Come to Therapy for Many Reeasons:
Anxiety - Many people come to therapy because they feel anxious, overwhelmed or constantly overthinking. In therapy we can help you understand what is driving your anxiety and develop ways to manage it.

Trauma - Trauma can come from many different experiences, including difficult childhood experiences, relationships, loss, accidents, or events that felt overh-whelming or frightening. Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore past experiences at your own pace.
Burnout and Stress - Many people come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, exhausted and unable to switch off from stress. This is common in demanding jobs, caring roles, high pressure environments, and high responsible roles. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect and make changes to protect your wellbeing.
Life Transitions - These can be difficult even when they are positive changes. These bring uncertainty, stress, and feeling like you do not know who you are anymore. Therapy offers a space to reflect and understand what you want to be bale to move forward with more clarity.
Relationship Difficulties - Relationship difficulties can be one of the main reasons people come to therapy. Often, relationship patterns have deeper roots and therapy can help you understand why certain patterns keep happening. Therapy can help you develop healthier, more secure relationships, both with oethrs and yourself.
Low Self Esteem - This can effect many areas of life, including relationships, work and confidence. Often this develops over time due to life experiences, relationships, or earlier experiences. Therapy can help develop amore compassionate and confident relationship with yourself.
Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy - I adapt how I work to suit individual needs. I recognise that many neurodivergent people have had difficult experienes of being misunderstood and therapy should be a space where you can be yourself without judgement.

All About Therapy
Personalized Attention for All Your Needs
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Often people come to therapy to explore the self-destructive patterns in their lives or relationships. There are times for all of us, when we feel a bit lost, uncertain or stuck.
Therapy offers an opportunity to explore and understand what is going on, acknowledge and reflect, so that we can move forward. Sometimes, this can be about making changes in our ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. Alternatively, this maybe about coming to an acceptance of things we can't change.
Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track .I am an MSC trained Integrative Psychotherapist working with adults across the UK online, with experience of working within a range of settings. I aim to provide a calm, supportive, non judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is going on in your life. I understand that therapy can feel daunting, and I work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I came into psychotherapy as a career change, having always been drawn to supporting others. I understand how challenging life transitions, stress and responsibility can be, and I aim to offer a space where people can feel understood and supported.

Individual Online Therapy
Here For You
If you’re looking for quality Individual Therapy sessions with a certified Psychotherapist that cares, then you’ve come to the right place.
My integrative approach to psychotherapy means I work in a way which best suits you, drawing from my person-centred, humanistic approach. The humanistic approach emphasises the personal worth of the individual, the centrality of human values, and the creative, active nature of human beings. The approach is optimistic and focuses on the noble human capacity to overcome hardship, pain and despair. This therefore encourages the client to learn to understand how negative responses to life events can lead to psychological discomfort. The approach aims for self-acceptance of both negative and positive aspects of our characters and personalities.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which can help us understand how thought, feelings and behaviours are connected in order to develop practical strategies. I incorporate Gestalt Therapy, which focuses on present moment awareness, helping you to better understand your emotions, patterns and relationships. By integrating these appraoches, therapy can be both suppoprtive and practical.
I guide my patients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters.

Sports Psychotherapy
Here For You
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a particular interest in supporting mental health in sport. I work with sports people around issues that affect their emotional and mental well-being as well as their performance in their chosen sport.
I have completed research into mental health in elite sport contributing to a Masters of Science. I also have a Bachelor of Arts, Physical Education Degree. I have played, and still play an elite sport, therefore giving me a greater insight into sports and psychotherapy.
All of this gives me additional experiences and expertise specific to working with sports people to achieve their performance goals as well as supporting mental health in sport.
I welcome clients from a variety of sporting backgrounds including football, basketball, swimming, athletics, cycling, golf, tennis, MMA, rugby, amongst others, supporting both mental health and performance.
I work with sports people on issues that may be affecting their sports performance, such as , coping with pressure, managing anxiety, motivation, commitment to training, amongst others. Other issues could be in everyday life outside of the chosen sport - such as relationship problems - therefore getting in the way of being the best you can be in your given sporting career or coping with retirement and transition from sport. However, if it’s a combination of these things, we can work on both sport specific issues and ‘life’ issues together.
Sessions take place online through video call (via zoom), voice call or instant messaging. We can also meet online if you are away training or competing and wherever you may be in the world.

Why Have Sports Psychotherapy?
In recent years increasing attention has been paid to mental health in elite sport. Research shows that while sports people are susceptible to mental health problems such as depression to broadly the same degree as the wider community, there are a number of points when elite sports people may be particularly vulnerable, such as at times of injury, retirement and competitive failure.
While sports participation is known to be beneficial to mental health at a recreational level, the benefits at elite level are complicated by the high-pressure, short-lived nature of sporting careers and a culture (although there is significant variability between sports) that places high value on mental toughness, potentially undermining expressions of distress and support seeking.
